CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel your reservation within 14 days of you tour date. If you cancel your purchased reservation outside the 14 days of your tour date, you will be refunded your payment less a 10% fee. You may change you tour date or time prior to the 14 days once. No refunds or changes within the 14 days of your tour date.

If you arrive and we are unable to conduct tours due to weather conditions or the like. We will issue a full refund of you purchased reservation or reschedule you for another date/time, your choice.

Please arrive on time, One half hour prior to your tour time is preferred. If you are late we will make every attempt to schedule you in. Our tour guides are to leave on time, and you may not be able to join your group. If we are unable you schedule you in no refund will be given.
